The role:
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Head of Brand & Content to shape how our brands show up in the world and connect with modern travellers. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining and delivering a distinctive, insight-led brand and content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and commercial growth.
You’ll own the end-to-end brand experience, from positioning and tone of voice to multi-channel content and storytelling, ensuring everything we create is inspiring, consistent, and performance-driven. Working closely with digital, CRM, and in-market teams, you’ll bring our destinations to life in a way that cuts through, builds trust, and ultimately drives bookings.

Key responsibilities:
Shape and lead the brand and marketing strategy
Own and evolve the brand identity and tone of voice
Set the content vision across the full customer journey
Lead the development of high quality content
Own the brand governance across all brands and channels
What we are looking for from you:
Proven experience in a senior brand and/or content leadership role, ideally within travel, lifestyle or another experience-led category
A strong strategic mindset, with the ability to translate brand vision into clear, actionable plans that drive measurable impact
Exceptional storytelling skills, with a deep understanding of how to create content that inspires, engages and converts
Experience developing and embedding brand positioning, tone of voice and content strategy across multiple channels and markets
A commercial mindset, with a clear understanding of how brand and content contribute to growth, performance and customer acquisition
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with digital, CRM and performance marketing teams
Confidence using data and insight to inform decisions, optimise content and continuously improve results
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a passion for nurturing talent and fostering creativity
Comfortable managing agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality creative work
A genuine interest in travel and different cultures, with an appreciation for the depth and detail that makes Inside Travel Group special
