Product Administrator
As part of our global Product team, you'll support our Sales and operations teams around the world providing administrative support and answering product-related questions.
Product Administrator
The role:
You will work with our Global Product Team to support our Sales and Operations teams in Japan, UK and Australia, contributing to the success of the business and ensuring client satisfaction.
The main purpose of the role is to update and maintain product information, provide administrative support to our product and booking delivery teams, and to answer product-related questions from our sales teams.
Your main responsibilities will include ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information in our database and travel documents, researching and checking the details of existing products. You will also play a part in our sustainability and health & safety practices as you support the auditing process for our suppliers.
You will also be involved in checking pricing and availability for new product for our Tailormade trips and Small Group Tours programme.
Key responsibilities:
- Database administration: updating and inputting pricing and information, loading new product, reviewing information to ensure accuracy and assisting creation of planners, manuals and master lists
- Supplier interaction: request and track rates, Health & Safety audit forms and Sustainability audit forms; request information as directed by product team; greet suppliers arriving at Nagoya office
- Travel document & website administration: create and maintain information and text for client documents; assist with creation and maintenance of website content
- Sales Team & Operations Team assistance: assist with booking familiarisation trips, check details of new and existing products; answer questions from our sales and operations team to help resolve issues
- Data analysis: assist with monitoring and reporting of KPIs
What we are looking for from you:
- Business or native level Japanese
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Data entry experience
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- A high level of productivity – able to get a lot done
- Great IT skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to organise workload and prioritise
- Enthusiastic team worker
- Passionate about travel
