SEO Manager
Drive global growth as our SEO Manager: You’ll own strategy, lead innovation with AI and optimise performance across our brands. Make impact with smart, data-led decisions and bold ideas!
SEO Manager
The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of a global SEO strategy that drives website visibility and lead generation. You’ll play a key role in helping us grow our online presence across all brands, using a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration with teams across the business.
As SEO Manager, you’ll take ownership of the content & technical side of SEO - working with developers, consultants, and our in-house team to ensure our websites are fully optimised. You’ll run regular audits, plan for algorithm updates, and oversee quality assurance on website releases. You’ll also work closely with the content team to align keyword strategy with audience needs and branch-level goals.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, tools, and websites to deliver measurable results. You’ll stay ahead of changes in search - especially those driven by AI - and adapt our approach to keep us competitive. You’ll also produce clear, insightful reports to share learnings and help build SEO understanding across the wider team.
Key responsibilities:
- Shape our SEO strategy across multiple regions - balancing technical SEO with smart keyword planning to grow organic traffic in all the right places.
- Set clear KPIs, track performance, and identify growth opportunities to keep the team focused on what drives results.
- Lead the way on generative AI SEO - we’re excited about the future, and you’ll help us stay ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with our Growth Manager and Head of Digital to plan budgets and make sure we’ve got the right tools and support in place.
- Optimise our websites to make sure they’re performing brilliantly in search - technically sound, content-rich, and user-friendly.
- Align with PPC to ensure we’re maximising crossover and learning from short and long-term tactics.
- Use data to guide decisions, test new ideas, and keep refining our approach.
- Report on what matters - from traffic and rankings to website health and local SEO performance.
What we are looking for from you:
- Proven SEO experience, with a track record of growing organic traffic and improving website performance
- Strong technical skills, including hands-on use of SEO tools, auditing, and working closely with developers
- Data-driven mindset, confident using platforms like Google Analytics to extract insights and guide decisions
- Content-aware, with experience aligning SEO strategy to content plans and audience needs
- Organised and outcome-focused, able to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and keep teams on track
- Curious and adaptable, always learning, spotting opportunities, and responding to change with a positive, problem-solving approach
- Clear communicator, able to translate technical detail into business impact and collaborate across teams
