Branch Sales Manager
The role:
Are you passionate about leading high-performing teams and inspiring people to deliver extraordinary travel experiences? This role requires a proven leader who can drive sales performance, build engaged teams, and balance world-class customer service with commercial success. The successful candidate will not only have the opportunity to shape the sales culture within their branch but also play a key role in driving our global sales strategy forward.
What You Will be Doing:
- Lead and inspire a branch sales team of Travel Consultants and Sales Team Leaders to deliver consistently strong results in both sales and service.
- Drive enquiry conversion, sustainable profit, and long-term client value through a “Sales as Service” ethos.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure your team is maximizing productivity.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing colleagues to align sales strategies and capture local market opportunities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team—fostering a culture of self-directed learning and high performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of sales staff.
- Actively contribute to the global Senior Sales Leadership Team, helping to shape company-wide sales strategy and processes.
What We Are Looking for From You:
- Significant experience in sales leadership, including managing managers.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
- Strong coaching and people-development skills.
- Commercial acumen, with confidence in using data to drive decisions.
- Extensive sales experience in travel or a similar B2C environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service while meeting ambitious sales targets.
