Product Manager – South Korea
The role:
South Korea is fast becoming one of the most exciting destinations in Asia – and InsideAsia Tours is poised to lead the charge. As Product Manager for South Korea, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in this dynamic market, designing tailor-made experiences and launching group tours that fuse K-culture with cultural depth, city buzz with rural escapes, and logistics that actually work. And working at a B Corp, this is a chance to build something that delivers genuine positive impact.
Working with a passionate and experienced global team, you’ll shape our product vision, grow key partnerships, and help bring South Korea’s energy, edge and diversity to life for travellers from around the world.
We’re looking for someone with serious commercial drive, strong destination knowledge, and a knack for turning insight into action.
If you love product strategy, know Korea deeply, and want to build travel that actually matters – let’s talk.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the South Korea product strategy and roadmap, aligned to revenue and margin targets
- Build, price and launch new itineraries and experiences based on insight and feasibility
- Manage commercial levers: pricing, overrides, offers, and destination-specific campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and maintain key supplier relationships across the region
- Oversee product integrity across systems and client assets, from updates to QA
- Enable global Sales teams through training, tools, FAM trips and insight sharing
- Collaborate with Marketing & PR to provide campaign-suitable product and content
- Lead and coach a small team, fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture
- Monitor H&S, sustainability compliance, and risk across the South Korea portfolio
- Track and analyse performance, intervening where necessary to meet targets
What we are looking for from you:
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to grow product performance
- Confident negotiator with experience in rate and override discussions
- Excellent communication, planning and prioritisation skills
- Deep knowledge of South Korea and its tourism landscape
- Creative flair for designing standout itineraries and product propositions
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Familiarity with product databases and back-end travel systems
- Strong presentation skills and confidence training others
- Experience working across multiple source markets (UK/US/AUS)
You don’t need to meet every requirement. If you’re motivated, passionate, and think you’d be a great fit, we would love to hear from you. As an equal opportunities employer, we're committed to making our recruitment process inclusive, accessible, and welcoming for everyone. If you require any adjustments or accommodations to support you during the recruitment process, please let us know.
What you get in return:
- Annual discretionary performance (company related) bonus
- 25 days annual leave, rising by one day each year to a maximum of 28 days.
- Day off on your birthday
- Enhanced parental leave
- Employer pension contribution
- Employee Assistance Program
